All templates are delivered as digital downloads only. No physical item will be shipped. Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive a downloadable file to personalize and print on your own.
Delivery pricing varies based on the location of your event. Reach out with your event address and date, and we'll provide an accurate delivery quote.
Custom lettering starts at $15. The final price depends on the size of the lettering and whether it's for multiple balloons or a single wooden board.
Please have your desired photo backdrop location decided before our team arrives. Once the backdrop is set up, it will not be relocated, so choosing the right spot ahead of time helps everything go smoothly on the day of your event.
A retainer is required to secure all in-person setups, which goes toward your total balance. Full payment is due one week before your event date.
